Collaboration is key.  Our design process works from the broad to the specific..  Early-on, hand sketches are quick & efficient and help aid visualization and encourage flexibility & input.  We help owners feel comfortable guiding the design as, together, we seek a timeless, artful solution that meets their program and budget.  We encourage a process that is joyful, not stressful.  Ideas are the fuel of architecture and every stakeholder must feel comfortable offering their ideas.

We begin 3D modeling early in design and the model gains detail as we go.  Owners can explore the live model independently on their touchscreen devices using BIMx software.  This fun, intuitive technology allows owners, builders and others to clearly see and understand the developing design.  The 3D model is also the base reference for construction documents and daylighting studies.  The model’s inherent data tracks construction quantities and other metrics, streamlining cost-estimates, energy models and other criteria to support decision-making.
